SUBJECT
Art. 1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between DISCORDIA AD, UIC 117015342 (hereinafter “DISCORDIA”), as a provider of information society services and free informational content via the website https://discordia.eu/ (hereinafter the “WEBSITE”), and the visitors and users of the WEBSITE (hereinafter the “USER(S)”).

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 3.
(1) The WEBSITE is an internet site accessible at https://discordia.eu/ through which USERS may access intellectual property objects and information resources related to DISCORDIA and the transport and logistics services offered by the company, including (but not limited to): service characteristics, DISCORDIA’s history and projects, management information, financial reports, etc.
In addition, the WEBSITE enables USERS to:
- Use a REQUEST FORM for DISCORDIA’s transport and logistics services. Through this form, USERS may enter information about the cargo to be transported and provide contact personal data (name, email, phone). DISCORDIA reviews the request and contacts the USER, after which the parties may exchange additional information in view of reaching agreement and concluding a service contract. The request form is non-binding and does not constitute a contract.
- Use a JOB APPLICATION FORM for DISCORDIA vacancies. Through the form, USERS may submit a CV and contact details (name, email, phone). DISCORDIA reviews the data and contacts the applicant; the parties may then exchange additional information regarding potential employment.
- Use a GENERAL CONTACT INQUIRY FORM to submit written questions and requests to DISCORDIA by providing contact details (name, email, phone).
- Create a USER ACCOUNT/REGISTRATION PROFILE to access additional features (e.g., cargo tracking, etc.).
- Where required by applicable law, receive notifications through the WEBSITE regarding their statutory rights.
(2) The WEBSITE uses SwissSign SSL certificates, providing effective encryption of user data during transmission to the WEBSITE server, identification of the provider (DISCORDIA), and authentication of the WEBSITE to protect against phishing. By using the WEBSITE, the USER declares they have familiarized themselves with the SwissSign Gold CP/CPS general provisions and the Gold SwissSign end customer agreement (repository.swisssign.com), and that they have read and accept them. DISCORDIA bears no liability to the USER in connection with the use of the SSL certificates.
Art. 4. If the WEBSITE is used by a minor, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions may be provided only by the minor’s parent or legal representative.
Art. 5. DISCORDIA may refuse to provide services or respond to requests and inquiries from a person if DISCORDIA has information or a reasonable basis to assume that such person has provided false personal data or another person’s personal data. For the same reasons, DISCORDIA may refuse a registration request or terminate an existing USER registration.
Art. 6. With each use of the WEBSITE resources, including opening any page of the WEBSITE or clicking any link from the homepage or any other page, the USER makes an electronic statement within the meaning of Art. 2 of the Bulgarian Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act, declaring that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accept them, and undertake to comply with them.
Art. 7. DISCORDIA may place throughout the WEBSITE electronic links, advertising banners, and other advertising forms for services offered by DISCORDIA or third parties, as well as links/banners directing to websites outside DISCORDIA’s control.
Art. 8. When using the WEBSITE, the USER undertakes to:
- Comply with Bulgarian and EU legislation, these Terms and Conditions, and good morals;
- Not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, personal data privacy rights, or other protected rights;
- Not use, copy, or distribute content from the WEBSITE for any commercial purpose;
- Notify DISCORDIA immediately of any discovered or committed breach of law or these Terms in connection with WEBSITE use;
- Not impersonate another person or a representative of a legal entity/group without authorization, and not mislead DISCORDIA as to identity or affiliation;
- Not submit or publish content that violates the law or good morals;
- Not upload programs, files, or materials containing destructive elements (viruses, corrupted files, hidden files, worms, trojans, bots, etc.) that may disrupt the WEBSITE or communications;
- Not use forced-content methods (pop-ups, blind links, etc.);
- Not carry out electronic attacks of any kind against the WEBSITE, related resources, or registered user data;
- Not perform actions that could harm DISCORDIA or third parties.
REGISTRATION PROFILE
Art. 9.
(1) To create a registration profile, USERS must provide identification and contact data (name, email, phone) and set an access password.
(2) The USER undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information and to update it promptly if changes occur.
Art. 10.
(1) After confirming their email address, USERS can log in using their email and password.
(2) The USER may not share access credentials with others. Any unauthorized use or security breach must be reported to DISCORDIA immediately.
Art. 11. Registration provides access to additional functions related to DISCORDIA’s services.
Art. 12.
(1) A registered USER may terminate their registration at any time, resulting in deletion of personal data associated with the profile.
(2) Termination may be requested by sending a free-text message to DISCORDIA or via an automated function on the WEBSITE (if available).
(3) DISCORDIA may terminate a USER registration if the USER violates these Terms, the law, or good morals.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Art. 13. Intellectual property rights in all WEBSITE content elements—whether the design and software of the WEBSITE or the content posted (design, software, databases, text, drawings, graphics, sketches, photos, videos, and other information/elements)—belong to DISCORDIA or DISCORDIA has lawful rights of use.
Art. 14. Any use of the above objects (including copying, modification, reproduction, distribution, or other use) without DISCORDIA’s or the respective rights holder’s express written consent, except where expressly permitted by law, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Art. 15. If a USER believes their intellectual property rights are infringed by content posted on the WEBSITE and wishes to report such infringement, they should send a notice addressed to DISCORDIA.
Art. 16. The WEBSITE may contain product names and brands that are or may be trademarks owned by DISCORDIA or third parties. Access to the WEBSITE must not be interpreted as granting a license or right to use any such trademark without prior written consent from DISCORDIA or the relevant third-party owner.
LIABILITY
Art. 17. The USER must indemnify DISCORDIA and third parties for damages and lost profits, including paid pecuniary sanctions, attorneys’ fees, and other costs, arising from claims brought by and/or compensation paid to third parties in connection with USER violations that caused harm to DISCORDIA.
Art. 18. Parents, guardians, or custodians of a minor are liable for damages caused by the minor to DISCORDIA or third parties in connection with WEBSITE use.
Art. 19. Despite DISCORDIA’s efforts to ensure normal operation, DISCORDIA is not liable where WEBSITE functionality is impaired due to reasons beyond DISCORDIA’s control. The USER declares WEBSITE use is at their own risk, and the parties agree DISCORDIA is not liable for damages or lost profits resulting from termination, suspension, modification, or limitation of WEBSITE functionality, or deletion/modification/loss/inaccuracy/incompleteness of posted information, unless caused by DISCORDIA through gross negligence.
Art. 20. DISCORDIA is not liable where WEBSITE functionality is impaired due to force majeure, accidental events beyond DISCORDIA’s control, Internet network issues, USER equipment problems, or unauthorized access/intervention by third parties affecting the servers hosting the WEBSITE.
Art. 21.
(1) DISCORDIA is not liable for USER actions contrary to law or good morals and may seek recourse from the USER for damages and/or sanctions incurred.
(2) DISCORDIA may at any time and without prior notice terminate registration, restrict access and/or delete USER-posted content, suspend/limit/change services, and notify competent authorities where USER behavior violates Bulgarian law, these Terms, or third-party rights and legitimate interests.
Art. 22. DISCORDIA does not control and is not responsible for websites and resources accessible via external links and advertising banners on the WEBSITE. DISCORDIA is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or unlawful nature of such content/services/materials, or for damages and lost profits resulting from access to or use of them.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Art. 23.
(1) DISCORDIA operates in compliance with the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
(2) The WEBSITE contains a Privacy Policy providing detailed information about the management and security of personal data in DISCORDIA’s activities.
Art. 24. DISCORDIA is not liable and owes no compensation where a person’s personal data has been used or made accessible by another person during WEBSITE use, regardless of whether the person has consented.
AMENDMENTS AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS
Art. 25.
(1) DISCORDIA may amend these Terms and Conditions and will notify registered USERS in an appropriate manner.
(2) DISCORDIA and the USER agree that any amendment becomes effective for a registered USER after explicit notification, unless the USER rejects it within the provided 14-day period.
Art. 26. DISCORDIA publishes these Terms and Conditions, including all amendments, at https://discordia.eu/.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Art. 27. The invalidity of any provision does not invalidate the Terms as a whole. Mandatory rules of applicable law replace invalid provisions.
Art. 28. For matters not regulated herein, Bulgarian law applies.
INFORMATION ON THE INTERNAL WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTING PROCEDURE
This information is provided pursuant to Art. 12(4) of the Bulgarian Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting or Publicly Disclosing Information on Breaches (the “Whistleblowing Act”).
Who is entitled to submit reports?
Natural persons who have obtained information about breaches in their capacity as:
- current or former employees;
- persons working under civil contracts;
- self-employed professionals or artisans;
- volunteers and interns;
- shareholders; members of management or supervisory bodies;
- persons working for contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers of DISCORDIA AD;
- persons whose employment is about to begin, where information was obtained during recruitment or pre-contractual relations.
Important: Anonymous reports are not reviewed.
What breaches can be reported?
Breaches of Bulgarian and EU law in various fields, including (among others):
- public procurement;
- food and feed safety, animal health and welfare;
- public health;
- consumer protection;
- privacy and personal data protection;
- security of networks and information systems;
- criminal offences;
- labour law;
- legislation related to public service;
- rules on payment of public state/municipal receivables; and other fields listed in the Whistleblowing Act.
Important: Reports outside the scope of the Whistleblowing Act, as well as reports concerning breaches committed more than two years ago, are not reviewed.
How can you submit a report to DISCORDIA AD?
You may submit a written report by completing a standard form (template) in one of the following ways:
- in person to the employee responsible for handling reports;
- electronically by email to: signali@discordia.bg;
- by post/courier to: Sofia 1528, Iskar District, 7 Iskarsko Shose St., Europa Trade Centre, Building 1, Floor 3, explicitly addressing the responsible person under the Whistleblowing Act and/or marking the envelope as containing a whistleblowing report.
Important: Reports must be signed. If submitted electronically, the form must be signed with a qualified electronic signature.
Important: The form is not mandatory, but is intended to help and includes mandatory information. If your report does not meet legal requirements, the responsible employee will notify you to correct irregularities within 7 days. If not corrected, the report and attachments will be returned.
It is recommended to attach all available written evidence and/or indicate persons who may confirm the reported facts or provide additional information.
You may submit an oral report by:
- calling the responsible employee: 0885/419 023 or 0884/696 680; or
- requesting an in-person meeting arranged in advance via the above numbers.
In these cases, the responsible employee will record the details in the standard form and allow you to review, correct, and confirm the written record and form by signing them.
What happens after a report is submitted?
- DISCORDIA will confirm receipt within 7 days and register the report with a unique identification number.
- If the report does not meet legal requirements, you will be asked to correct it within 7 days.
- An independent review will be conducted by a person with no conflict of interest.
- Within three months from receipt confirmation, you will receive feedback on the outcome and actions taken.
What protection is provided?
- Reporting persons and related persons (e.g., colleagues, relatives) are protected against unjustified disclosure of identity, except as permitted by law.
- Retaliation is prohibited, including suspension, dismissal, demotion, negative appraisal, financial/disciplinary sanctions, coercion, threats, hostility, dignity violations, discrimination, etc.
Conditions for protection
- The reporting person must have reasonable grounds to believe the information was true at the time of reporting and falls within the scope of the Whistleblowing Act; and
- The report must be submitted under the terms and procedure of the Whistleblowing Act.
Important: Persons named as alleged violators have the right to compensation for material and non-material damages if it is established that the report was knowingly false.

You may use CPDP’s standard report registration form available on CPDP’s website. Use is optional; if used, complete Parts I–V and sign it (handwritten signature for post; qualified electronic signature for email). If using the Secure Electronic Delivery System, the CPDP officer responsible for the report will contact you to complete the form according to the Whistleblowing Act.
